Community Helpers Lesson Plan - Comic Strip
Students Create a Community Helpers Comic Strip
Students think of 4 community helpers in their neighborhood and create a one page comic strip using Comic Life. Students use the community helpers worksheet to list their 4 chosen community helpers. Students write one or two sentences telling who each community helper is and how that person helps the community. Students collect images representing their 4 chosen community helpers. Students combine their information and images to create the comic strip.
Grade 3 and up.
