Students Use a Photo Editor Brighten Dark Pictures
Students will use a photo editor to brighten several dark images.
Students will learn to use brighten and contrast tools to correct and enhance the appearance of images.
Students choose 5 images to edit.
Students use the photo editor to brighten and improve the appearance of each chosen image.
Students insert their 5 original pictures and the 5 edited pictures into the before and after photo editing template.

Students insert the original images in the "Before brightening" column. Students enter their edited (brightened) images into the "After brightening" column.
In addition to photo editing practice, students will also practice managing the picture files and inserting the pictures into the box shapes in Microsoft Word.
Students should edit each picture and save the edited version as a new image with a different name.
