Students Use a Photo Editor to Practice Cropping Images
Students will use a photo editor to crop several images.
Students will learn to select and crop photos to remove unwanted or unnecessary portions.
Students will also practice managing and renaming the files with descriptive names as well as inserting them into the "Photo Editing Cropping" template.
2) Choose 5 photos to edit.
3) Crop an area of (about 300px width X 225px height) for each picture.
4) Save each cropped image with a new name by adding the word "cropped" to the file name. Example: 2-kittens-cropped.jpg
5) Insert the 5 original images and the 5 edited pictures into the before and after photo editing template.

The program used to edit the pictures in the above example is Paint.NET, a free program.
