Common Core State Research Graphic Organizer
Students Research Information About a State
Students conduct a short research project about a state. Students use the graphic organizer to guide their research for images and facts about their chosen state. Students may use one or more websites to find information about the state's capital, it's governer, state bird, state flower, three largest cities, and three interesting facts. Students add images of the state, state flower, and state bird. Students may also add a picture of themselves. Students may use the kid-friendly age appropriate web links at the bottom of the graphic organizer.
